Who pays the Estate Agent or Property Broker?

The commission is payable by the seller for the services rendered by the Estate Agent or Property Broker in terms of the negotiated agreement.

Registration of the Property.

All documentation will be supplied by the Estate Agent or Property Broker
and completed with yourself. The documentation will then be handed over to the conveyancer on your behalf.
